How to enrol your child
To enquire about enrolling your child at Tannum Sands State School, please contact our school office on (07) 4979 9111 or visit the school to collect an enrolment information pack and to arrange an enrolment interview. Application for Enrolment Forms can also be downloaded from the links below. Completed Enrolment Forms need to be returned to the school and then an interview time will be made with an administration team member.
Enrolment interviews
An enrolment interview will take approximately 20 minutes. At this interview we would like to take the time to:
meet with you and your child
discuss your child’s individual needs and past school experiences
discuss the enrolment agreement and other related items as outlined in the enrolment package
Forms to be completed for enrolment
Forms to be presented at enrolment
Copy of Birth Certificate (proof of age).
